I bounced around quite a few commercial gyms for months, each one had something better than the other but all were missing something and drove me mad being asked "how many sets left bro". Until I found shadow! After one day session I signed straight up, cancelled all my other memberships and now only go here. I workout around 5am most mornings and never see more than 2 or 3 people, very often it's just me for 2-3 hours. Even if you do see someone it's a completely different vibe to a commercial gym, it attracts a different type of member, the type of members you want…”
